28-4087. Requirement of other proof If proof of financial responsibility filed under this chapter no longer fulfills the purposes for which the proof is required, the director shall both: 1. Require for the purpose of this chapter other proof as required by this chapter. 2. Suspend the license and registration or the nonresident operating privilege pending the filing of other proof.
