28-4406. Sign requirements A. Each motor vehicle dealer and automotive recycler shall erect and maintain at the entrance to the motor vehicle dealer's or automotive recycler's established place of business a permanent sign indicating that the business of a motor vehicle dealer or automotive recycler is conducted at or from the premises. The sign shall be legible at a distance of at least three hundred feet during daylight. B. A wholesale motor vehicle dealer or broker shall erect and maintain at the entrance of the wholesale motor vehicle dealer's or broker's principal place of business a permanent sign indicating that the business of a wholesale motor vehicle dealer or broker is conducted at or from the premises.
