Required disclosures on sales contracts A motor vehicle dealer shall disclose in a clear and conspicuous manner on any contract for the sale of a motor vehicle to a retail consumer each of the following: 1. Whether or not the transaction is subject to a fee received by a broker from the selling motor vehicle dealer. 2. The name of the broker, if applicable.
