28-4491. Enforcement powers Notwithstanding sections 28-4494 and 28-4495, in the enforcement of any law pertaining to licensed or unlicensed dealers or automotive recyclers, the director may conduct hearings pursuant to title 41, chapter 6, article 6, take testimony and conduct investigations as the director deems necessary.
