28-5603. Motor fuel testing A. The director may take samples of any liquid believed to be motor fuel and may make or cause to be made an analysis of the liquid. B. The chemistry department or other qualified department of the university of Arizona shall: 1. Analyze samples on request of the director. 2. Promptly furnish to the director a full report of the analysis without cost.
