28-5730. Use fuel tax; distribution A. The director shall deposit, pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, the use fuel taxes in the Arizona highway user revenue fund. B. The director shall deposit, pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, all fees imposed by this article and received by the director in the Arizona highway user revenue fund.
