28-6546. Arizona highway user revenue fund; investment Upon notice from the director, the state treasurer shall invest and divest monies in the Arizona highway user revenue fund in obligations issued or guaranteed by the United States or any of the senior debt of its agencies, sponsored agencies, corporations, sponsored corporations or instrumentalities, and monies earned from investment shall be credited to the fund.
