28-728. One-way roadways and rotary traffic islands A. The director may designate any highway or any separate roadway under the director's jurisdiction for one-way traffic and shall erect appropriate signs giving notice of one-way traffic. B. On a roadway designated and signposted for one-way traffic, a person shall drive a vehicle only in the direction designated. C. A person shall drive a vehicle passing around a rotary traffic island only to the right of the island.
