28-7044. Signs The director shall: 1. Prescribe standard board and road signs or other devices and provide a uniform system of marking and signaling on state routes and state highways that correlate with and as far as possible conform to the system approved by the American association of state highway officials. 2. Regulate the use of advertising signboards and road signs on state roads or state highways.
