28-7155. Acquired property; maintenance Notwithstanding any other law, a displacing agency shall maintain real property that is acquired by the displacing agency in carrying out a program or project and that is not scheduled for immediate rehabilitation or demolition in a manner consistent with protecting and maintaining surrounding property values.
