28-7252. Failure to construct or repair bridge or crossing; classification A person who is required by law to construct, maintain or repair bridges or crossings over a ditch or irrigating canal and who knowingly fails or refuses to construct, maintain or repair these bridges or crossings is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor.
