28-7341. Agreements between department and federal agencies The director may enter into cooperative agreements with the secretary or any authorized officer of the departments constituting the defense establishment of the United States, the federal highway administrator or any other authorized officer or agency of the United States for construction, acquisition, maintenance or improvement of roads and other projects.
