28-7508. Financial interest prohibited; violation; classification A. A member of the board or employee of the department shall not have a direct or indirect financial interest in any real property for future highway needs that is purchased from monies made available by the issuance of bonds. B. A person who violates this section is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor.
