28-8477. Remedies A. The political subdivision or agency adopting airport zoning regulations under this article may institute in a court of competent jurisdiction an action to restrain, correct or abate a violation of this article, an airport zoning regulation adopted under this article or an order or ruling made in connection with the administration or enforcement of this article or the regulations. B. The court shall award relief in an action brought under this section by injunction or otherwise as is proper to fully effectuate the purposes of this article and the regulations, orders and rulings made pursuant to this article.
