28-8479. Regulation; limitation A. This article does not authorize the governing body of a city or town or the board of supervisors of a county to restrict or limit the length or width of an airstrip or runway used for the landing and takeoff of aircraft. Any such restriction or limitation is void. B. This section does not affect the zoning authority of counties, cities or towns pursuant to other provisions of law.
