Persons in wheelchairs or on electric personal assistive mobility devices A person operating a wheelchair, a motorized wheelchair, an electric personal assistive mobility device or a personal mobile cargo carrying device has all of the rights and duties that are contained in this chapter and chapters 4 and 5 of this title and that are applicable to pedestrians except provisions that by their nature can have no application.
