28-957. Windshield wipers required; exceptions A. The windshield on a motor vehicle shall be equipped with a device for cleaning rain, snow or other moisture from the windshield. The device shall be constructed in a manner to be controlled or operated by the driver of the vehicle. B. A windshield wiper on a motor vehicle shall be maintained in good working order. C. This section does not apply to a golf cart or a fully autonomous vehicle that is incapable of operation by a human driver.
