29-1006. Law governing internal relations A. Except as provided in subsection B, the law of the jurisdiction in which a partnership has its chief executive office governs relations among the partners and between the partners and the partnership. B. In the case of a limited liability partnership, the laws of this state govern relations among the partners and between the partners and the partnership, and the liability of the partners for obligations of the limited liability partnership.
