29-366. Fees The secretary of state shall charge and collect in advance and deposit, pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, in the state general fund the following fees: 1. Filing a certificate of limited partnership, ten dollars, plus three dollars per page. 2. Filing a certificate of amendment or any document described in chapter 6 of this title, ten dollars, plus three dollars per page. 3. Filing a restated certificate of limited partnership, ten dollars, plus three dollars per page. 4. Filing a certificate of cancellation of limited partnership, ten dollars, plus three dollars per page. 5. Filing an application for registration as a foreign limited partnership, ten dollars, plus three dollars per page. 6. Issuing a certificate of registration to transact business in this state, ten dollars. 7. Filing a certificate correcting a statement contained in an application for registration of a foreign limited partnership, ten dollars, plus three dollars per page. 8. Filing a certificate of cancellation of the registration of a foreign limited partnership, ten dollars, plus three dollars per page. 9. Filing an application for reservation of a name, ten dollars. 10.
