3-123. Agricultural extension work Cooperative agricultural extension work shall consist of giving practical demonstrations in agriculture and home economics, and imparting information on those subjects through field demonstrations, publications and otherwise. The work shall be carried on in such manner as is mutually agreed upon by the board of regents of the universities and state college of Arizona and the county agricultural extension board of each county provided for in this article.
