3-125. Plan of extension work; annual report The director of the agricultural extension service of the university of Arizona shall annually present a plan of extension work in the state for the ensuing year, for the approval of the board of regents. The county agent-in-charge in each county shall annually present to and for the approval of the board of supervisors of the county and the county agricultural extension board a detailed report of extension activities in the county for the preceding fiscal year, including a detailed report of receipts and disbursements, and a plan of extension work in the county for the ensuing year. The financial reports shall be on forms prescribed by the board of regents.
