3-1231. Definitions In this article, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. ' Beef' includes veal. 2. ' Beef products' includes veal products. 3. ' Council' means the Arizona beef council. 4. ' Fiscal year' means the fiscal year beginning July 1 and ending June 30. 5. ' Person' means an individual, corporation, partnership, trust, association, cooperative association and any other business unit or organization. 6. ' Producer' means a person who owns or acquires ownership of cattle.
