3-1343. Substitution of animals after issuance of certificate of inspection; classification A person who removes an animal and substitutes another therefor or adds other animals to a lot of livestock for which an inspection certificate or validated auction invoice has been issued for shipment, sale or slaughter is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor.
