3-1423. Designation of stock driveway Upon application of a local livestock association, the board of supervisors of the county wherein the no-fence district is located shall select, designate and declare one or more roads over or across the district as a stock driveway and shall erect and maintain on both sides of such road a lawful fence between which livestock may be driven.
