3-2014. Limitation A. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to modify or repeal any provision of title 36, chapter 8, article 1, relating to adulteration and misbranding. B. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to modify or repeal any provision of title 36, chapter 1, relating to local boards and departments of health and the department of health services.
