3-2089. Vehicles Every vehicle used by any slaughterer, meat or poultry processor, wholesaler, jobber or peddler in the transporting of dressed carcasses of animals intended for human consumption, parts thereof, meats or meat food products shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, shall comply with the minimum requirements of the director and shall be subject to inspection by the chief veterinary meat inspector or his employees.
