3-2167. Jurisdiction The director is vested with jurisdiction specifically to enforce and to prevent and restrain violations, and shall have jurisdiction in all other kinds of cases arising under this article, except as provided in section 3-2155 or 3-2164. All proceedings for the enforcement or to restrain violations shall be by and in the name of this state.
