3-2402. Expenditures A. The director may approve expenditures for equipment, materials, supplies, transportation and other expenses, including personal services, necessary to discharge the powers imposed by this article. B. Claims drawn upon an appropriation made to carry out the provisions of this article shall be certified as to correctness by the state director of the federal animal damage control program or some person designated by him.
