3-2663. Revocation or refusal of permit Upon determination that any person having a permit under this article, or who has applied for a permit hereunder has violated or failed to comply with any of the provisions of this article, or any of the rules adopted under this article, the associate director may revoke such permit or refuse to issue a permit to such applicant.
