3-2669. Violation; classification A person who violates any provision of this article, fails to perform any duty imposed by it or violates any rule or regulation promulgated thereunder is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor. In addition, such person may be enjoined from continuing such violation. Each day the violation occurs shall constitute a separate violation.
