3-2908. Special licenses A. The division may issue special aquaculture licenses for purposes of education and research institutional needs pursuant to rules adopted by the director. Special aquaculture licenses are not renewable and may be issued for not more than three year terms. B. The fee prescribed by the director for a special license shall not exceed one hundred dollars.
