3-318. Industrial hemp advisory council; members; duties A. The director shall establish by rule or order an industrial hemp advisory council to assist and make recommendations to the director regarding the administration and implementation of this article. The director shall appoint five members to the council, including one public member. B. The industrial hemp advisory council shall: 1. Advise the director regarding expenditures from the industrial hemp trust fund. 2. Provide additional assistance as the director deems necessary.
