3-3476. Delinquent civil penalties and fees In addition to any other penalty, if a civil penalty or any fee due pursuant to this chapter has not been paid thirty days after the due date, the civil penalty or fee is delinquent and the division may refuse to issue a license or may revoke a license pursuant to this chapter until the civil penalty or fee is paid in full.
