3-3496. Use of gasoline purchased outside of area A or area B This article does not prohibit the use within area A or area B of gasoline purchased outside of area A or area B which does not contain the percentage weights of oxygen required by this article if the use is incidental and not for the purpose of evading the requirements of this article.
