3-3498. Inspections A. On request, an interstate pipeline terminal or a motor fuel storage or dispensing site shall provide a product transfer document to the division. Product transfer documents may be stored off site as provided by division rule. B. On request, a motor fuel storage or dispensing site shall provide access to motor fuel dispensing cabinets to the division for inspection of fuel dispensing meters and blending valves.
