3-443. Associate director; inspectors A. This article and the rules adopted pursuant to this article shall be enforced by the associate director. In addition to the powers conferred by this article, the associate director shall have the powers provided by articles 4, 4.1 and 4.3 of this chapter. B. The associate director shall instruct the inspectors with regard to the inspection of citrus fruit and the method of determining the maturity and condition of the citrus fruit, as provided by rules adopted pursuant to this article. C. Citrus, fruit and vegetable standardization and the office of commodities development and promotion shall cooperate in establishing and administering marketing orders and marketing agreements.
