30-104. Cooperation with land department and director of water resources The authority shall cooperate with the state land department and the director of water resources in the duties and functions of the department and the director relating to this chapter. The authority shall also cooperate with the director of water resources in the planning of the hydroelectric power generation aspects of the development and use of the state's water resources.
