30-689. Violation; classification A. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or any rule, regulation or order placed in effect pursuant thereto by the commission is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor. B. The provisions of subsection A shall not apply to any emergency regulation or order unless or until the person so violating such regulation or order has had actual knowledge of the regulation or order.
