30-702. Board member The member of the western interstate nuclear board or its successor agency representing the state of Arizona shall be appointed by the governor. The member shall be an employee of the state of Arizona and shall report directly to the governor and the department. The member, with the approval of the governor, may designate an alternate to represent this state when the member is unable to do so.
