30-722. Administration A. The department is designated as the agency responsible for performing any administrative and enforcement duties assigned to this state by the southwestern low-level radioactive waste disposal compact, except those duties specifically assigned to the governor. B. The payment of any monies by this state to the southwestern low-level radioactive waste commission under the compact shall be from an appropriation made to the department that is not a line item in the department's budget.
