32-1127.01. Qualifying parties; disassociation with license; requalification A. If a person who qualified for a license ceases to be connected with the licensee, both the licensee and the qualifying party shall notify the registrar in writing within fifteen days after the disassociation. B. A licensee shall requalify through another person within sixty days after the date of a disassociation. C. If a licensee fails to requalify through another person within sixty days, the license is automatically suspended by operation of law at the end of the period until the licensee qualifies through another person.
