32-1166.07. Waiver of civil penalty Notwithstanding any other law, the registrar may waive all, except two hundred dollars, of the civil penalty if the person against whom the civil penalty is assessed completes all of the requirements for, and is issued, a contractor's license. Any loss or damage to the public caused by the violator's activities shall be remedied before issuance of the license.
