32-1660.02. Open meeting requirements If a meeting, or a portion of a meeting, of the interstate commission of nurse licensure compact administrators is closed pursuant to section 32-1660, article VII, subsection B, the commission's legal counsel or designee shall certify that the meeting may be closed and shall reference each relevant exempting provision consistent with title 38, chapter 3, article 3.1.
