32-1686. Board of dispensing opticians fund (L24, Ch. 222, sec. 22. Eff. 7/1/28) A. Before the end of each month, pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, the board shall deposit ten percent of all monies received by the board in the state general fund and deposit the remaining ninety percent in the board of dispensing opticians fund. B. Monies deposited in the board of dispensing opticians fund are subject to section 35-143.01.
