32-1921.01. Disclosures on applications; licensees; registrants; applicability A. A pharmacist, pharmacy intern, pharmacy technician and pharmacy technician trainee are not required to disclose the following information when filing an application under this chapter: 1. A single misdemeanor charge that was dismissed, expunged or set aside more than five years before the date of application. 2. A single misdemeanor conviction that occurred more than ten years before the date of application. 3. A single felony conviction that was reduced to a misdemeanor conviction or that was dismissed, expunged or set aside more than ten years before the date of application. B. An applicant or a licensee or registrant who has had more than one of any charge or conviction specified in subsection A of this section shall disclose that information to the board. C. Subsection A of this section applies to current licensees and registrants.
