Participation in compact as condition of employment; prohibition An employer may not require a psychologist to seek licensure through the psychology interjurisdictional compact enacted by section 32-2087 as a condition of initial or continued employment as a psychologist in this state. An employer may require that a psychologist obtain and maintain a license to practice psychology in multiple states, if the psychologist is free to obtain and maintain the licenses by any means authorized by the laws of the respective states.
