32-2134.01. Membership camping salesperson certificate of convenience Notwithstanding any other licensing requirement under this chapter, the commissioner may issue a one time thirty day certificate of convenience without examination to any person who has applied and otherwise qualifies for a membership camping salesperson's license. An employing membership camping broker shall certify by affidavit to the commissioner that the salesperson applicant will be trained in applicable membership camping and contract laws before participation in any offer or sale.
