32-2194.32. Opening and closing of burial places If any grave, mausoleum, niche or other place used or intended to be used for the burial of human remains is located in a cemetery, only a person employed or designated by the cemetery may open or close the grave, mausoleum, niche or other place used or intended to be used for the burial of human remains, subject to the rules established by the cemetery.
