32-2205. Veterinary medical examining board fund (L24, Ch. 222, sec. 34. Eff. 7/1/28) A. The veterinary medical examining board fund is established. Pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, the board shall deposit ten percent of all fees and other revenue accruing to the board in the state general fund and deposit the remaining ninety percent in the veterinary medical examining board fund. B. All monies deposited in the veterinary medical examining board fund are subject to section 35-143.01.
