32-3201.01. Definition of medication-assisted treatment In this title, unless the context otherwise requires, ' medication-assisted treatment' means the use of pharmacological medications that are approved by the United States food and drug administration, in combination with counseling and behavioral therapies, to provide a whole patient approach to the treatment of substance use disorders.
